1950s Boardroom Beauty Suit

Smart-fitting skirt suit. Modern size equivalent: Petites, Medium, 8. Polished crease-resist rayon, Spring/Summer weight, Unlined, Sears Roebuck & Co. House Label KerryTeen. The jacket has a nipped waist, set-in, three-quarter sleeves, Peter Pan collar, front center fasten with rhinestone embellished white molded plastic flower buttons, and the right sleeve cuff shows a wear spot at the folded edge. The skirt has a set-in waistband, smooth front panel with a two-panel rear, knife pleat kick at the rear center hemline, left side metal zipper with button closure at the waistband.
