Shipping and Returns Policy
and Signature Required Delivery Information
In certain cases, we may ship items with "Signature Required" upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your purchase. By choosing or accepting delivery with this option, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees:
The shipping fees (the actual postage cost incurred by Get Lucky Vintage) are non-refundable if the package is returned to us due to the buyer's failure to:

Arrange for delivery or pickup after multiple delivery attempts.

Sign for the package upon delivery as required.
This applies whether the package is returned because the buyer failed to collect the item, refused delivery, or otherwise did not fulfill the necessary delivery requirements.
2. Buyer Responsibility:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they are available to receive or arrange for the collection of packages requiring a signature. Failure to do so may result in the package being returned to us, and any refunds or exchanges may be delayed.
3. Returned Packages:
If a package is returned because the buyer did not comply with the signature requirements or failed to arrange for delivery, we will refund the purchase price of the item(s) minus the actual shipping costs, which are non-refundable by the carrier.
4. All Sales Are Final:
As we specialize in authentic vintage items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. Please carefully read the entire item description and review all images provided for condition details before purchasing.
