The following legal policies are necessary to protect the interests of GetLuckyVintage and the GetLuckyVintage family. They are meant to be straightforward and fair. Your use of our website constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated below.
Shipping and Returns Policy - Signature Required Deliveries
In certain cases, we may ship items with "Signature Required" upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your purchase. By choosing or accepting delivery with this option, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees:
The shipping fees (the actual postage cost incurred by Get Lucky Vintage) are non-refundable if the package is returned to us due to the customer's failure to:
- Arrange for delivery or pickup after multiple delivery attempts.
- Sign for the package upon delivery as required.
2. Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are available to receive or arrange for the collection of packages requiring a signature.
3. Returned Packages:
If a package is returned because the customer did not comply with signature requirements or failed to arrange for delivery, we will refund the purchase price minus the actual shipping costs.
4. All Sales Are Final:
As we specialize in authentic vintage items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. Please carefully read the entire item description and review all images provided for condition details before purchasing.
VINTAGE CONDITION DISCLAIMER
Because our items are vintage, they are sold "as-is" and may show signs of natural wear consistent with their age. We do our best to photograph and describe any notable flaws, but please keep in mind that vintage items are pre-owned and may have minor imperfections.

GETLUCKYVINTAGE makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, regarding products sold on this site. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to GETLUCKYVINTAGE shall be the price of the product ordered.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
You agree that any legal action brought against GETLUCKYVINTAGE shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your orders shall be an appropriate federal or state court in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, GETLUCKYVINTAGE shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, GETLUCKYVINTAGE shall immediately issue a credit to your account.

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. GETLUCKYVINTAGE assumes no responsibility once the package is marked completed or delivered by the carrier. Items marked as 'delivered' are considered successfully received and are ineligible for shipper insurance claims.
