We are located in the United States and ship from sunny Miami, Florida, 33130.

Currently, we only ship to addresses in the United States and Puerto Rico. If you are having trouble placing your order, please CONTACT US  so we can help you.

We ship packages Monday through Friday and sometimes on Saturday. We process your order as quickly as possible. Processing time varies from 1-3 days.

Generally anywhere from 2 to 7 days once the order is posted. THESE TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Shippers do not guarantee delivery dates, so we can't guarantee that anything will be received by a specific date. If it seems like your order is taking longer than reasonably expected, please CONTACT US  so we can address your concern.

We do not accept cancellations. Please CONTACT US  if you have any questions before placing your order.

Our formal policy is no returns are accepted. We sell authentic vintage. Please make sure you read the entire description and look at all the images we have provided for condition information. If you have any concerns after receiving your order, please CONTACT US  so we can address your concern.

We use USPS the most, but sometimes we use UPS or FedEx for special items requiring their delivery services. Larger pieces of furniture are only available to be picked up in person; CONTACT US  for arrangements prior to ordering pieces that are marked "pick up only".

Some orders may require additional attention at delivery. This is determined on a case-by-case basis. A signature at delivery, and/or a verification of identity that matches the name on the order may be required by the carrier at the time of delivery, per our discretion. It is nonetheless always the responsibility of the customer to provide a secure location for delivery.

Yes. All our shipments are sent with tracking. It is important to understand that the post office does not always scan at every stop. Sometimes it is only upon delivery that the package gets scanned by the post office - this is particularly true during the holidays and when severe weather events cause a change in their system due to rerouting. Please CONTACT US  if you have any tracking concerns.

We insure all shipments with the carrier.

Although we take great care to guard against any damage to your order, damages can occur during shipment. In order for us to make an insurance claim on your behalf, we need to hear from you within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery date provided by the carrier.

You will need to provide us with photographs of the original packaging and the damage located on the item itself. It is important that you hold on to both the original packaging and the item until the case has been investigated and resolved by the carrier.

Your cooperation will be needed so we can successfully address this concern if the need arises. Please CONTACT US if you have any questions.

Insurance applies only if the package is lost by the carrier while en route. It does not cover the package once it is delivered to the address you provide when you order.

Carrier time to investigate lost package claims varies. We will do all we can to aid the carrier in any investigation to expedite a quick resolution to the location of your order, should the need arise. If upon conclusion of their investigation, the package is ruled as a Lost Package, an insurance claim will be made.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location. We cannot emphasize this enough.

Carrier insurance does not cover missing or stolen mail post-delivery. If the carrier marks the package as delivered, we take that as proof of delivery.

Refunds under these circumstances will not be considered unless you provide us with the following items within 14 days of carrier delivery: the GPS coordinates of the delivery scan at the time of delivery (you can get this when you make your stolen mail report), a copy of the police report filed for stolen mail that specifies your order from us, and a copy of the case for stolen mail you file with the carrier service.
