SHIPPING POLICY

We ship exclusively to the United States and Puerto Rico.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. All orders are sent with tracking and insurance via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or an insured specialty shipper for large art or furniture pieces.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery times start when the package is handed off to the carrier. The carrier determines actual shipping time, and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., weather). We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to require an adult signature at delivery and/or photo identification verification on certain orders.

Items marked as 'delivered' by the carrier are considered successfully received, and are ineligible for shipper insurance claims and are not refundable. It is your responsibility to provide a secure address for delivery. We assume no responsibility once the package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier. It is your responsibility to make sure the delivery address you provide is both current and secure. Additional Information

In certain cases, we may ship items with "Signature Required" to ensure secure receipt of your purchase. By choosing or accepting delivery with this option, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees:

The actual postage costs incurred by Get Lucky Vintage are non-refundable if the package is returned to us due to the buyer's failure to:

  • Arrange for delivery or pickup after multiple delivery attempts.
  • Sign for the package upon delivery as required.

This applies whether the package is returned because the buyer failed to collect the item, refused delivery, or otherwise did not fulfill the necessary delivery requirements.

2. Buyer Responsibility:

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they are available to receive or arrange for the collection of packages requiring a signature. Failure to do so may result in the package being returned, and any refunds or exchanges may be delayed.

3. Returned Packages:

If a package is returned because the buyer did not comply with signature requirements or failed to arrange for delivery, we will refund the purchase price of the item(s) minus the actual shipping costs, which are non-refundable by the carrier.

4. All Sales Are Final:

As we specialize in authentic vintage items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. Please carefully read the entire item description and review all images provided for condition details before purchasing.
