This charming World War I-era Christmas postcard captures a moment of cozy holiday cheer, even in a time of global uncertainty. A young girl, dressed in white pajamas and fluffy bunny slippers, sits perched on a small wooden stool, wrapped in a light blue blanket. With a candlestick telephone receiver to her ear, she delivers a cheerful greeting that reads below: "Hello, Folks! A Merry Christmas to You All."

Two bright red ribbons adorned with holly sprigs decorate the top corners of the image. The design is simple and endearing, printed on a plain background, indicative of postcards produced during the wartime ink shortages of 1914–1918, when access to German dyestuffs was disrupted. The absence of gilding and elaborate printing reflects both the material constraints of the era and the heartfelt simplicity of wartime holiday wishes.

This vintage postcard would look great framed, make a wonderful hostess gift or stocking stuffer, a unique holiday decoration, or make an excellent addition to any collection.
