1910 vintage Romance postcard. Kissing in public was illegal and not socially accepted in the Victorian era. But here, we enter the Edwardian era and all the juicy playfulness of the age... including cities lifting their restrictions. Even to the point where they advertised the new freedom in the hopes of increasing tourism, as found on this antique postcard. So, you can kiss to your heart's content because "There is no crime to kiss in Rochester" This would look great framed or make an excellent addition to any collection.
