1907 Wequetonsing Beach on Lake Michigan
1907 vintage postcard. A nanny, or perhaps a lifeguard, sits in a raised chair under a sun-shielding umbrella. Children play in the sand, building sand castles. A young boy dressed in a Sea Captain's outfit - complete with a cap - looks out at Lake Michigan from the shore. Docks, canoes, and a white sail off in the distance complete this magical historic beach scene. Wequetonsing, Michigan. This would look great framed or make a nice addition to any collection.
