The Ruth Barry brand name was first used in 1963 when these cotton thigh-high stockings were introduced. These stockings were popular with active sporting women (Golf, tennis, etc.) and domestic maids.

Color: Spanish Olive Green.
Stretch top.
Made in the USA.
Seamless.
RHT, reinforced heel and toe.
260 needle, similar to a thread count for finer sheets. 260 indicates these are finer yet more durable.
100% combed cotton, a softer version of regular cotton.
New-old-stock; never worn.

"Oversized" vintage stockings: plus size stockings.
Stockings measured flat (not stretched) approximately:
10 1/2" toe tip to heel
28" from thigh to center heel
