Created by the keen observer Jimmy Hatlo, who made a career out of drawing scenes from real life. Jimmy Hatlo, an American cartoonist, launched the long-running comic strip and gag panel “They’ll Do It Every Time” in 1929, continuing until his death in 1963. He also created “Little Iodine,” which was adapted into a feature-length movie in 1946.
