1950s Hassayampa Well Wickenburg Arizona

This 1950s vintage postcard features the Hassayampa Well in Wickenburg, Arizona. The postcard includes the inscription found at the well, known as the Hassayampa Legend, which tells of a local belief that anyone who drinks the well's water will never tell the truth again.
