Victorian Memento Mori Coffin Shaped Brad

1870s Victorian coffin-shaped camphor glass jewel set in a Japanned iron brad setting. Two-pronged back for mounting on heavier fabrics, belts, or millinery arrangements. The prongs are quite stiff and feel like more like cast iron than steel.

Approximately 9 x 18 mm. (3/8" x 3/4")
