This card was produced by The Rotograph Co. of New York City and carries a copyright date of 1905 as noted in the lower left corner. It was printed during the undivided back era from 1901 to 1907 when postal regulations required the entire reverse side to be used for the address only. The building itself was designed by Samuel Hannaford and Sons and completed in 1901. While printed early in the century this specific card remained unused until it was finally posted in 1921.
