This exquisite antique apothecary bottle from 1916 hails from Argentina and was originally used to store Nuez Vomic en Polvo (Walnut Powder), a medicinal preparation commonly used in the early 20th century. Made of uranium glass, the bottle has a vibrant green hue that glows under UV light, a feature highly prized by collectors of rare and unusual glass.

Height 4 1/2 inches
Base width 2 1/4 inches
Base depth 1 3/4 inches

The bottle and its matching stopper are both hand-engraved with the number "10," indicating the stopper was custom-made to fit perfectly. The applied enamel label, more durable and desirable than paper, preserves the original pharmaceutical markings and adds to the bottle’s historic charm.

This piece is a remarkable example of Argentine pharmaceutical history and a striking addition to any collection of antique glass, medical relics, or luminous historical artifacts.
