This authentic 1980s card features a classic Cabbage Patch Kids illustration by Current. The scene depicts a "Kid" in a red jacket and baseball cap riding a lavender scooter down a dirt path, accompanied by a playful, spotted puppy. In the background, the rolling green hills of the "Patch" are visible, dotted with cabbages and a small cottage.

As part of Current’s 1984 collection, the card features the soft, hand-drawn style authorized by Original Appalachian Artworks (O.A.A.) during the height of the doll’s global popularity. The top-fold design was a standard format for Current’s popular boxed stationery sets of the mid-80s.
