"3rd Stage Alert" is the self-titled debut EP by the American heavy metal band 3rd Stage Alert, released in 1984. The EP features five tracks:

1. The Stranger
2. Steppin' Out
3. Superstar
4. Take That Jump
5. Adagio (For A Dead Soldier)

The EP was produced by Yngwie Malmsteen, who also contributes guitar on one of the tracks. Ann Boleyn, known for the band Hellion, also provides keyboards on two tracks.

The release was issued as a 12" mini LP on Metal Blade Records (catalog number MBR 1015) and Enigma Records (catalog number E1051). The vinyl version is a 33 ⅓ RPM pressing.

Condition: I am not a professional record grader. Please see the images. I listened to both sides, and there were no skips. The record itself looks pristine. The sleeve is split in the middle of all three sides, is discolored, and has soiling. The cover has a dent, fold, and crease at the bottom right corner. Shelf wear on the bottom edge.
