1950s American Folk Art Bendy Doll Pocket Posie

1950s vintage black American Folk Art pipe cleaner pocket posie doll. The doll is approximately 3 inches tall. Near pristine condition aside from one leg missing. See the images, please. Made by Mrs. Halbet from Emporia, Kansas. Mrs. Halbert was a member of Emporia society and active in fundraising efforts for black children's needs. In the early 1920s, she spearheaded fundraising events that financed YMCA camping trips for disadvantaged black boys. We combine shipping and invite you to visit our other listings.
