1950 Rayon French Knickers XS

1950s vintage tailored flair leg French knickers. 

Spun-Lo Rayon was a knit underwear fabric from the Industrial Rayon Corporation of Cleveland, Ohio. The Industrial Rayon Corporation (IRC) was a Cleveland, Ohio-based company that invented rayon yarn, the world's first synthetic fiber.

Label: located on the exterior front of the waistband -Treasure Trove, Expertly Knit Size 5, Designed to fit hips 33-36. Made of Spun-Lo Rayon For S.S. Kresge Co.

These panties are overdyed in an eggplant-to-plum purple to help disguise hard water stains. Wash as silk. Hand wash separately in warm water; air-drying is best for the longevity of this vintage foundation.
