1950s Hot Rod Harlot 28B

Hot Rod Harlot! Circle stitched cups hold and mold. Cotton broadcloth. Pale eggplant purple. Made in the USA. Label: V-Ette Whirlpool; introduced in 1950.

Overdyed to disguise hard water stains. Any dust white shadowing is from it being freshly laundered with liquid starch, a result that will vanish with wear and future laundering. There is not a lot of stretch left in the elastic, as is common with vintage elastics. Mends, darns, or other signs of wear or repair related to this piece may exist. Hand wash separately in warm water; line dry will best suit the longevity of this vintage foundation.
