Overdyed to disguise age-related or hard water stains. Please note any "dusty white" coloring is from it being freshly laundered with liquid starch, a result that will vanish with wear and future laundering. There is not a lot of stretch left in the elastic, which is common with vintage elastics. There may be mends, darns, or other signs of wear and/or repair related to this piece. Handwash warm water; line dry will best suit the longevity of this vintage foundation.
