Set of four (plus a similar extra one). Antique double-rim Mother of Pearl shell sew-through buttons. Measure approximately 17L, 17 lignes, 10.7 mm, or 27/64 inches (sized up from 10.5 mm). Flat. A natural material, Mother of Pearl is made from nacre (the inner layer of pearl oyster shells).
