A rare and exquisite pressed glass sugar basin by German glassmakers Brockwitz. Crafted in a deep ruby red with a stunning gilt rose frieze around the body. This elegant Art Deco piece comes from the “Ariadne” line, produced between 1929 and 1931 – a collection named after the immortal wife of the wine-god Dionysus.
