1940s Va-Va-Voom Bra (Size 32C)

Va-Va-Voom vintage 1940s bullet bra.

Oval-stitched cups with unstitched nipple area, which leaves a natural look 
Fabric: Cotton broadcloth 
Color: Pale plum purple

Condition: overdyed to disguise age-related or hard water stains. Any "dusty white" coloring is from it being freshly laundered with liquid starch, a result that will vanish with wear and future laundering. There is not a lot of stretch left in the elastic, as is common with vintage elastics. There may be mends, darns, or other signs of wear and/or repair related to this piece. 

Care instructions: 
Hand wash warm water; line dry will best suit the longevity of this vintage foundation. It is okay to use spray starch and a "cotton" iron setting should you wish to add to the fabric's stiffness and enhance its shaping features.
