1930s vintage Deluxe Roll Garters. New old store stock and still on the original card! Size medium De Luxe For Poise, Better Quality roll garters, non-binding, long stretch. Cotton & rayon blend. Made in the U.S.A. 

Size: Medium 
Unstretched: 11 1/4 inches circumference
Stretched: 23 inches max

How to use:
1. Place the garter on the upper thigh.
2. Roll the stocking over the toes, around the heel, and raise to the thigh.
3. Lower the garter.
4. Roll the stocking top around the garter.
