1930 vintage topographical postcard. Caves of the Godless, in the 18th century, housed the poor and homeless until they were partially destroyed by the city of Überlingen to drive them out. Artificially hewn corridors and chambers in a rock face in the Goldbach district of Überlingen on Lake Constance. Also called Heidenlöcher.
