Set of two vintage blue dome glass buttons with tunnel shanks, dating to the 1960s–early 1970s. These buttons are made of true glass, not plastic, with a rich turquoise-blue color that shows lovely depth, slight translucency, and natural internal speckles and swirls typical of mid-century pressed glass production.
Measure approximately 16L, 16 lignes, 10.1 mm, or 3/8".
Each button has a smooth, glossy, rounded dome or ball shape with a diagonal drilled tunnel shank, allowing for secure, low-profile sewing without any metal parts. This tunnel shank construction became especially common in post-WWII European glass button making and is a strong indicator of mid-century origin.

Measures approximately 16 lignes, 10.1 mm, or 3/8 inch in diameter. The pair is well matched and in excellent vintage condition, with bright even color, glossy polish, and no chips or cracks.
