Vintage 1940s va-va-voom tap pants panty or French knickers.

Vintage era: 1939 to early 1940s. No label; these are Celanese Jersey of Acetate Yarn (Celanese feels like silk). Pale eggplant purple. Seams run at the front and rear center, keeping the sides smooth. Overdyed to help disguise hard water stains. No holes. Wash as silk. Celanese is a cellulose acetate fabric. Hand wash in warm water; air dry (or cool-dry drier setting) will best suit the longevity of this vintage foundation.
