A stunning porcelain parrot figurine by artist Dorothea Moldenhauer for Rosenthal. The base is incised with the press mark Moldenhauer and bears the Rosenthal Bavaria mark. This mark was used between 1919 and 1935. The quality of the hand-painted details indicates this as an early work. The mold number S 22 is also on the base.
Measures approximately 7"tall.
Condition: Excellent. Expected shelf wear on the base, as shown in the images. Beautiful.
