1907. Train bridge over Coal Creek, with the wood barrel by the tracks. The barrel held water or sand to help put out fires from sparks flying from the train. Tracks are located at the Old Sugar Grove Woolen Mill. Veedersburg.
RPO = The Railroad Post Office was located in a car on a railway train. The clerk received, sorted, and canceled the mail while the train was en route. Real photo postcard. This would look great framed or make a nice addition to any collection.
