Antique Chinese Sodalite Stone Snuff Field Bottle

1909-1919. Attributed to the Edwardian period, this Sodalite stone snuff bottle was most likely carried by a Chinese immigrant to the United States. The stone bottle is carved into a flattened ellipsoid shape, designed for carrying in a pocket or envelope satchel during travel for easy transport. This would make a nice addition to any collection.

1.9 inches at widest (5 cm) 
.7 inches deep (18 mm.)
