Elaborate Art Deco Karl Palda black enamel and clear etched crystal liquor decanter. Manufactured in the Czech Republic by glass maker Karl Palda. The firm of Karl Palda was founded in 1888 in Haida, Nový Bor, Bohemia (now the Czech Republic).
