1930s Vintage Karel Karl Palda Art Deco Cocktail Shaker Czech

Art Deco Karl (Karel) Palda black enamel and clear etched crystal liquor Cocktail Shaker. The silver plated fittings are unpolished and in as-found condition. There are some small "dings" in the metal and the piece shows use consistent with its purpose. Manufactured in the Czech Republic by glass maker Karl Palda. The firm of Karl Palda was founded in 1888 in Haida, Nový Bor, Bohemia (now the Czech Republic). The most coveted pieces produced by Palda are pieces like this impressive Art Deco cocktail shaker, made between 1933 and 1938.
