1907. The front façade of the City Hall in Providence, Rhode Island. Bicycles lean against the fence surrounding the Soldiers and Sailors Monument. Several people cross Exchange Place, later renamed Kennedy Plaza.
This postcard was sent as part of a collector's exchange agreement. Sender, Mrs. J.W. Davis, who could be the wife of a United States Democratic politician, who served as the 38th and 41st Governor of Rhode Island, Mrs. J. W. Davis (Marietta P. Pearse).
UDB. Undivided back. This would look great framed or make an excellent addition to any collection.
