1945 Mount Vernon Virginia Vintage Postcard

1945. Mount Vernon, the home of President George Washington, is on the Virginia shore of the Potomac, 16 miles south of Washington, D. C. The house was built in 1743 by Lawrence, George Washington's half-brother. George Washington lived at Mount Vernon from 1759 until his death in 1799. This vintage linen lithograph postcard would look great framed or make an excellent addition to any collection.
