1907. Hot air balloon travel tours by Tally Ho for the luxury traveler were popular at the turn of the century. One such tour is referenced in handwriting on the back of this card. This is another place we visited on Tally Ho Trip Balloon Route with Mr. Fisher as guide. The front of the card reads Ruins of old adobe custom house - Tia Juana Mexico. A telegraph pole stands by the ruins. RPPC. Real photo postcard.
Published by E. P. Charlton & Company, a chain of five and ten cents stores established in 1890. It later merged with several associated brands to create the F. W. Woolworth Company in 1912. This would look great framed or make an excellent addition to any collection.
