1940s Vintage 30C Pointy Purple Bra

1940s vintage bra has lift-action cups. Note the pretty faggot-stitched ladders that provide an optimal lift on the underside of the cups. Cotton. Pale plum purple. Soft cup bra. Modern size 30C

Overdyed to disguise hard water stains. Please note any "dusty white" coloring is from it being freshly laundered with liquid starch, a result that will vanish with wear and future laundering. Not a whole lot of stretch left in the elastic, as is common with vintage elastics. There may be mends, darns, or other signs of wear and/or repair related to this piece. Hand wash separately in warm water; line dry will best suit the longevity of this vintage foundation. It is okay to use spray starch and "cotton" iron setting should you wish to add to the fabric's stiffness and enhance its shaping features.
