Bill Smith for Richelieu green jeweled snake hoop earrings, signed. Bill Smith is an American fashion and jewelry designer and the first Black recipient of the prestigious Coty American Fashion Critics' Award. He has designed pieces for Cartier, Coro, Richelieu, Mark Cross, Ben Kahn, and Richelieu. His snake series earrings come up for sale periodically, but it is unusual to find this green enamel version of the design. Minor enamel loss.
