The straight back has encased elastic for a comfortable fit. Sheer ruffled hem. At the left front, near the flounce there is a light scuff on the fabric; there may be other small flaws I didn't catch, but nothing that affects the overall fabulousness of the gown. Label: Undercover Wear, RN61085 CA11030. Made in USA. 100% Nylon.
