1930s Vintage Black Gelatin Silver Screen Sequins Hat

My all-time favorite thing about the early 1930s evening wear is the gelatin sequins they used. The colors are deep, as seen on this inky black diva-licious evening hat. 

Crown: 22 inches 
Diameter: 8 inches 
Black Petersham sweatband: 13 inches 
Faille rolled brim to band edge: 2 inches 
There is makeup residue at the underside of the brim/inside the sweatband. See the image of the hat turned upside down to see this. Silk, wide gauge net, gelatin sequin. Gelatin sequin vintage pieces are becoming increasingly difficult to find. This hat is a must-have for any vintage lover or collector.
